Sheesh. It's Valentines, and I'm being morbid again.
Poor Corey. No, really. This particular picture is actually inspired by a chapter of "Your Brother's Blood", and the chapter was, in turn, based on a song called "Pretty When You Cry". It's a really messed up chapter, really, since it involves Corey being forced to finally confront his abusive father for all he's put him through. Why do I do this to my characters?!

Oh bloody HELL...I FUCKING LOVE THAT SONG!!! VAST is the best group to come out in years! *fangirl rant* Sorry...they're so little-known, I don't think it's fair because everything of theirs...or should I say his, since the guy who started the whole thing does almost everything, that talented bastard...is ridiculously awesome... (Oh yeah and the lyrics are "I didn't really love you but I'm pretty when I lie"...just a little technicality lol

Gawd poor Corey T-T But you're not the only one...my character Vinnie has gone through hell, too. His stepmother treats him like Cinderella, his real mother went crazy, his father has been in a coma for a few years, his best friend raped him, and he's blocked out the rape and his mom's mental breakdown in his poor brain so he doesn't know half of it happened and now he's in love with the guy who raped him...Oh jeesuz I sound like a terrible, horrible, disgusting Sadist don't I?...TT___________TT
